It is our intention as a company to provide a safe and healthy work place as there is nothing more important to Sustainable Comfort, Inc. than sending our employees home safe each and every night.
Preventing accidents and working safely is a primary consideration in all phases of our operations and administration, including task and policy making.
Each on-site employee is required to have OSHA 10 training and we require all supervisors to make employee safety an integral part of their management duties. Each employee must accept and follow all established safety, loss control and risk management regulations and procedures.
- This Company believes that safety starts with proper training of all employees
- Employees must help to prevent accidents by assessing any dangers before they begin and wearing the appropriate safety gear
- Housekeeping is everyone’s responsibility
- Unsafe conditions must be reported immediately to management
If an employee is not sure of how to perform a task safely, he or she is told to ask their supervisor for help. We believe that safety is a team effort.
